On November 8th, 2024, BRUACH returned to The Twa Tams, a venue that has supported us from the early days and holds a special place in our band’s journey.

For me personally, this night came at a moment of emotional turbulence — just after a difficult show in Skye that left me questioning my place in the band. But Twa Tams offered a familiar space, both comforting and raw, where we could face each other honestly.

The gig itself reflected that tension: the music was solid, the energy was real, and there was an unspoken desire — from both the band and the audience — to find connection again. In a quiet but powerful way, this show helped us begin to rebuild mutual trust.

I had actually debuted at Twa Tams one year earlier, which made this night all the more meaningful. Sometimes, the places that see you begin also help you heal. For BRUACH, and for me, Twa Tams is one of those places.
