A night of energy, friendship, and foot-stomping music!

We were thrilled to join Journey North and Banshee Heathens for a packed night of folk-rock at ROOTS Dundee — three bands, three different flavours of Scottish energy, and one unforgettable atmosphere.

The evening kicked off with the powerful vocals and punk-folk spirit of Banshee Heathens, followed by the epic melodies of Journey North, blending rock with the unmistakable sound of Highland pipes.

Bruach closed the night with our own mix of Celtic folk-rock, lively fiddle tunes, and crowd sing-alongs. ROOTS was absolutely buzzing — a full room, warm cheers, and the kind of audience that makes you want to play twice as hard.

It was also a rare chance for all three bands to share the same stage, support each other’s sets, and celebrate the Dundee folk-rock community together.

We’d love to return to ROOTS again — thanks to everyone who came out and made the night so special!
